So the lure of oyster shucking appeared early in my life. When I was a kid my parents would take me to some random restaurant to celebrate ‘report card day’. Because I never did particularly well in school we oftentimes ended up at a cheap local oyster bar slurping down $2.75/dozen oysters with crackers and cocktail sauce. It was the 70’s... I didn’t care- I loved oysters and the attention of the servers. I was kinda cute back then. 

Fast forward 35 years and I’m still hooked on shucking, serving and slurping the finest oysters found on the East Coast. As far as I know I’m the only ‘mobile oyster shucking service’ around and am willing to travel a few miles to provide the best oysters my supplier has to offer. With a quick set-up and even faster break-down I’m in and out of your event, hassle free. To save you money I buy wholesale in quantities of 50 and I always recommend 2 oysters per person..which  is just about right for almost any event.
